Service Delivery Manager

Location: The role is for a client based in Brussels, Belgium. While remote coaching is possible, the primary presence is expected for client delivery.

What you will do

• Lead Agile and self-organizing teams to ensure project follow-up and agreement adherence.
• Coach and motivate your team to meet set goals and foster cooperation.
• Contribute to the general policy and common priorities of the ICT department.
• Work on the continuous improvement of service delivery to customers.
• Ensure an accessible, customer-oriented service based on clear agreements and Service Levels.
• Coordinate activities related to the strategic roadmap of the domain.

Requirements

• Strong leadership with an outspoken vision and good general ICT knowledge.
• Analytical mind, eager to learn, communicative, stress-resistant, and flexible.
• Result- and customer-satisfaction-oriented with a natural ambition to contribute to employee development.
• Very good knowledge of French, Dutch, and English is a must.
• At least 5 years of experience in a people management position in a large organization or company.
• Experience with Agile delivery of strategic and critical projects.
• Experience with agile working is a must.
