What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering and product roles, from sourcing to offer and close.
• Source and engage top-tier engineering and product talent across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role criteria and success profiles.
• Manage interview logistics, ensuring smooth scheduling and debriefs across time zones.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical and adjacent teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven success hiring for technical roles such as backend, frontend, data/ML, and product management, and product design.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, ideally at growth-stage startups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Deep comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and managing searches in an ATS.
• Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Flexible and responsive to candidate needs, including scheduling across global time zones.
