Salary: $49,129–$57,387 USD annual base salary range (specific to New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington; other US locations may vary).

What you will do

  • Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects from a defined Book of Business (BoB) via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting, including reviewing financial reports and news, to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Set the stage for successful high-value sales conversations by building ROI and employing a challenger mindset.
  • Close collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop industry expertise in HR, wellness, and people trends across different sectors and geographies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.
  • Tenacious and goal-driven with a proactive mindset and passion for driving success.
  • Adaptable and eager to evolve in a dynamic work environment.
  • Coachable, hungry for development, and keen to learn.
  • Creative in finding new ways to improve processes.
  • Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork.
  • Insatiably curious, driven to ask "why" and seek out new information.
  • Communicative with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence.
  • Work format: Hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in Miami, Florida.
