What you will do

• Provide expert on-site and remote desktop support in a high-availability Windows environment.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, Microsoft 365, and identity/access-related issues.
• Drive efficiency by automating deployments and system fixes using PowerShell and scripts.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle and collaborate closely with internal infrastructure teams.
• Provide end-to-end support (1st through to 3rd line) to ensure minimal downtime.
• Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule to maintain 24/7 business continuity.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Practical background in fast-paced, time-critical environments (Industry or trading floor experience is highly desired).
• Ability to use PowerShell or scripting to streamline repetitive tasks.
