What you will do
- Lead design, implementation, and integration of AI-driven automation and predictive analytics within ITIL processes.
- Drive innovation and modernization of IT service management tools and workflows.
- Analyze and optimize incident, problem, and change management for efficiency and resilience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance service reliability and reduce operational risk.
- Lead service improvement initiatives including monitoring, alerting, and predictive analytics.
- Mentor colleagues on emerging AI and automation technologies and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Leeds or Edinburgh offices.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience in service management.
- Proven experience designing AI-driven solutions and integrating automation in ITIL workflows.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML pipelines to production.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
