TL;DR

Service Desk Specialist (Fintech): Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware for user workstations, ensuring smooth operation of office systems within an AI-powered payment technology company. Location: Option to work in a hybrid model based on mutual agreement with the direct coordinator. Requires ability to travel across offices in the EU zone.

Salary: 2500–3500 EUR gross per month.

hirify.global is a fast-growing Electronic Money Institution building advanced, AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs, and neobanks across the EU and the UK.

What you will do

  • Install and configure software and hardware (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Set up user accounts and workstations.
  • Monitor performance and maintain office systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
  • Upgrade user systems and provide training on new technologies.
  • Assist Infrastructure Admins with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Junior System Administrator or Service Desk Specialist.
  • Solid knowledge of user workstation management.
  • Basic understanding of data backup and recovery.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel across offices in the EU zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience with office server systems (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DFS) and MDM systems.
  • Experience with AWS.
