What you will do
- Install and configure software and hardware (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Set up user accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain office systems.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
- Upgrade user systems and provide training on new technologies.
- Assist Infrastructure Admins with daily tasks.
Requirements
- Experience as a Junior System Administrator or Service Desk Specialist.
- Solid knowledge of user workstation management.
- Basic understanding of data backup and recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel across offices in the EU zone.
Nice to have
- Experience with office server systems (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DFS) and MDM systems.
- Experience with AWS.
