What you will do

• Identify opportunities across departments to automate tasks and improve workflows using AI.
• Design and build internal AI-powered tools, integrations, and data pipelines utilizing LLM APIs.
• Iterate quickly on tools based on user feedback to ensure practical impact.
• Actively participate in the AI Committee and champion AI adoption company-wide.
• Stay current with evolving AI technologies, experiment with new capabilities, and assess their internal use potential.

Requirements

• Technical fluency in software systems (APIs, data formats, authentication, scripting).
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or similar).
• A track record of building AI-powered tools, automations, or integrations.
• Bias toward action, shipping fast and iterating based on feedback.
• Strong communication skills to understand workflows and engage stakeholders.
• Curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction while keeping stakeholders informed.

Nice to have

• Experience building Slack integrations, browser extensions, or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with agent frameworks or agentic AI patterns.
• Exposure to regulated industries (life sciences, medical devices, pharma).
• Familiarity with our tech stack: PHP, Go, AWS, Docker.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms for rapid prototyping.
