What you will do

• Take customer problems from idea to production, working across the full stack.
• Build and deploy production-ready features on top of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize the platform using Kotlin for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Iterate rapidly using small batches to learn and ship features frequently to real users.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to modernize multinational financial operations.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience building working software in production for real users.
• Proven hands-on experience building products or features on top of LLMs.
• Proficiency across the stack, specifically with Kotlin and React.
• Strong product mindset with an eye for usability and software craft.
• Ability to own features end-to-end without requiring specialized help for different parts of the stack.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or systems where data integrity is critical.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts such as debits, credits, and reconciliation.
• Background in high-growth startups.
