What you will do

• Productize new AI capabilities, such as AI proposal writing and search experiences.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Parallel.ai.
• Design and deploy scalable, distributed product machine learning systems.
• Implement strong testing and CI/CD practices for AI system development.
• Stay updated with AI/ML research to suggest improvements for generative AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Proficiency with production software (Python) and systems design.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, dvc, and weights & biases.
• Proven track record of building scalable ML systems and working with LLMs.
• Must be based in Europe or LATAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LiteLLM, Agent Client Protocol, and Koog.
• Deep knowledge of RAG implementation and improvements.
• Proficiency with Kotlin.
