What you will do
- Own paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging channels
- Build acquisition strategy, testing roadmaps, and optimisation plans
- Manage budgets and campaign P&L approvals against clear KPIs
- Source, brief and commission creators/influencers for paid assets
- Partner with creative, CRM, agencies and platform reps to scale results
Requirements
- Proven paid social experience across Meta (plus TikTok/Pinterest ideally)
- Track record commissioning creator/influencer content for paid campaigns
- Strong analytical skills (CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR) and confident reporting
- Ability to influence stakeholders and keep delivery moving at pace
- Multi-territory or international trading experience (helpful, not essential)
