What you will do

• Own Paid Social strategy for 5–6 client accounts, building growth roadmaps and testing plans.
• Run day-to-day performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap, improving outcomes through continuous experimentation.
• Maintain high standards for builds, QA, tracking hygiene and budget pacing.
• Partner with account teams to turn results into clear narratives, recommendations and next steps.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and sharpen your craft through structured learning.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and at least one of Pinterest or Snap.
• Evidence you’ve improved performance through structured testing and insight-led optimisation.
• Confidence managing budgets and pacing accurately against targets.
• Analytical approach: you enjoy interpreting data and turning it into practical actions.
• Clear communication and stakeholder skills (you can explain “why” as well as “what”).
