What you will do
- Lead and optimize paid social campaigns for key retail clients (clothing, homeware).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and translating business goals into effective strategies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest).
- Act as the escalation point for client or campaign issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
- Mentor and develop the account management team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and client satisfaction across the client portfolio.
Requirements
- Experienced and dynamic Account Director with a deep understanding of paid social media.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive strategic campaign success.
- Exceptional client management skills, including building relationships and understanding business goals.
- Proficiency in leading campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major social platforms.
- Ability to manage and resolve client or campaign issues effectively.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with teams in the office around four days a week in London.
