What you will do
- Lead the planning, creation, and ongoing management of Paid Social campaigns.
- Perform health checks on accounts and proactively optimize activity, monitoring market changes.
- Devise campaign strategy with the Account Director and translate it into campaign delivery.
- Prepare presentations and lead client calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Delegate and manage workloads across junior team members and contribute to their development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to maximize operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Exceptional hands-on Paid Social experience and comprehensive knowledge of best practice.
- Experience supporting, developing, and mentoring junior team members.
- Proficient in using advanced features within native and 3rd party Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and tracking platforms (GA, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics).
- Ability to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics and present these internally and to clients.
- Analytically minded with very good attention to detail, able to identify trends in large data sets.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
