What you will do

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data within HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversee HR administration tasks, including drafting employee agreements and maintaining essential HR paperwork.
• Prepare monthly inputs for payroll calculations and participate in audits.
• Administer benefits and maintain an updated database.
• Provide first-line support to hirify.globalers on matters related to contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and HR procedures.
• Develop, update, and maintain HR operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and market practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
• Native in Ukrainian, and fully fluent in English (C1).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Workday, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs/Sheets.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Polish.
• Experience in maintaining military records.
• Experience in a global organization.
