hirify.global is seeking a Payment Partnerships Manager to own their payment and partnership strategy across top LATAM economies.

What you will do

• Own the payment and partnership strategy across the top ~10 LATAM economies by GDP.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements.
• Conduct market research on regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to the CEO.
• Manage and grow existing partnerships, including commercial terms, buy rates, and contracts.
• Ensure smooth partner integrations by collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
• Track KPIs and ensure partnerships deliver on performance and cost-efficiency targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing partnerships in payments, FinTech, or financial institutions is required.
• Proven track record working with LATAM markets.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
