Sales Intern (SaaS/Iberia Market): Gaining hands-on experience in B2B software sales within the SaaS industry, focusing on managing prospects, sales calls, project management during trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on developing consultative sales skills and articulating value propositions for small businesses in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

What you will do

  • Work closely with Account Executives of the Iberia Markets to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  • Participate in and observe sales calls to gain practical knowledge about the sales process and customer interactions.
  • Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers, and close deals.
  • Support the team in positioning and articulating the hirify.global value proposition to small businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Spanish (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients.
  • Fluent English will be necessary for internal communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a customer facing role (support or success).
