What you will do

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients via calls and CRM tools.
• Promote financial products and services to high-value clients.
• Apply negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers.
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor client activity and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the financial industry, specifically in sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Portugal.
