What you will do
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients via calls and CRM tools.
- Promote financial products and services to high-value clients.
- Apply negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor client activity and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the financial industry, specifically in sales or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be based in Portugal.
