What you will do
- Lead the strategy, development, and governance of Group digital communication channels, driving best practices and technical enablement.
- Optimize content across websites, intranets, email, and social channels using SEO and analytics.
- Manage enterprise-level social media tools, publishing approaches, and listening capabilities.
- Monitor emerging digital trends to enhance performance and user experience.
- Provide senior digital counsel during issues and crises and advise leaders on digital presence and reputation.
- Lead the development of analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
Requirements
- Broad digital marketing expertise across multiple channels and platforms, with deep knowledge of digital communications (websites, intranets, email, social media).
- Strong understanding of CMS systems, UX/UI, accessibility, and performance optimisation.
- Experience delivering digital product roadmaps, integrations, and channel strategies.
- Strong analytical capability, including tagging, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships, with experience managing teams, agencies, and partners.
- A collaborative, adaptable leader with excellent judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
- English: B2 required.
- Work location: Hybrid in London.
