What you will do

• Manage multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish, including talent vetting, contract negotiation, implementation, and performance reporting.
• Contribute to social & influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and providing advice and solutions.
• Communicate effectively across internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and integrated campaign success.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring profitable and on-schedule delivery.
• Support the growth of junior team members through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in social and influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management.
• A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing their expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate appropriately.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A commitment to your own growth, with a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with social and influencer marketing trends.
