• Excellent leadership capability, both within the agency and with senior clients, including experience leading large teams.

• A detailed understanding of communications planning, identifying the role for paid, owned, and earned media.
• Extensive digital experience, including working with in-house specialist teams.
• Creative flair to enable campaign ideas to stand out in the marketplace.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse workloads and prioritise key work streams.
