What you will do
- Drive a significant increase in high-quality inbound leads through digital marketing, content, SEO, and paid channels.
- Own and optimize hirify.global’s website, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and CS to create a cohesive, seamless customer journey.
- Continuously refine positioning and messaging based on customer feedback and data.
- Use data to identify the most promising verticals, ICPs, and customer segments.
- Establish systems, workflows, and playbooks to scale demand generation over time.
Requirements
- Deep commercial experience in growth, demand generation, or marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS (5+ years).
- Proven ability to lead a function from day one with ownership and autonomy.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into strategy and action.
- Ambition and entrepreneurial energy, thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Ability to work well alongside Sales, Product, CS, and Leadership.
