What you will do
- Define and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Paid & Organic Search, Paid Social, Display, and App Campaigns.
- Manage the annual performance marketing budget, ensuring alignment with growth targets and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of incrementality testing and media mix modeling.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Performance Marketing team, ensuring clear progression paths and high-level performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Partnerships & Media, Brand/Creative) to integrate acquisition strategies with retention and brand initiatives.
- Oversee and manage key external agency relationships, driving accountability for performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in Performance Marketing within a high-growth B2C/e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Proven expertise managing and optimising multi-million dollar annual budgets.
- Deep technical understanding of Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, and familiarity with SEO/App Store Optimisation (ASO) principles.
- Exceptional commercial, analytical, and modeling skills, with a track record of delivering results.
- Outstanding ability to translate technical performance metrics into clear, executive-level business decisions.
- Strong track record of developing talent and building high-performing, resilient teams.
