What you will do

  • Provide frontline sales support to Partner Account Managers for strategic partners.
  • Manage and develop a subset of Distribution Managed Partners (DMP), recruiting, onboarding, and activating new partners.
  • Collaborate with distributors to drive pipeline generation, deal registration compliance, and opportunity visibility.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives and facilitate monthly sales and technical enablement sessions.
  • Train partners on hirify.global’s technology, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with partners in a sales or channel-focused role.
  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure and cloud security ecosystem.
  • Direct experience recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and scaling partners.
  • Confident presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with distributors and indirect sales models.
  • Strong familiarity with the regional partner ecosystem.
  • Technical competence strongly preferred.
