What you will do

• Manage opportunities within an assigned customer portfolio and perform customer health research.
• Coordinate with SMB CSMs and Account Managers to strategize on renewals, add-ons, and upsells.
• Proactively conduct discovery with customers, handle objections, and negotiate to prevent churn.
• Employ pricing strategies in line with company standards and policies.
• Generate pricing quotes for renewals and accurately complete deal sheets in Salesforce.
• Manage your 30, 60, and 90-day opportunity pipeline and meet bookings targets and quotas.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
• Familiarity with standard concepts within the IT Security Field.
• Previous sales or negotiation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, collaborative, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and build rapport with customers.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
