What you will do

• Own and grow executive-level relationships with top SIs, MSPs, and VARs across APJ.
• Develop and execute joint business plans to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Build and deliver scalable partner enablement across sales, technical, and go-to-market motions.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners, leveraging an existing APJ network.
• Align closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner motions into the broader GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in partner development or channel roles.
• Proven success driving enterprise cloud or IaaS revenue through partners.
• Active, current APJ partner network across SIs, MSPs, and ISVs.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure; GPU or HPC experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, technical teams, and partner leadership.
