What you will do

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers for hirify.global products.
  • Identify key customer requirements and present suitable products.
  • Investigate and document technical issues, communicating findings to development or clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and other business units to address complex technical issues.
  • Establish relationships with partners, prospects, and clients.
  • Implement and manage technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.

Requirements

  • 2-year or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Highly organized and result-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and analysis ability.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in Singapore.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
