TL;DR

TV/Digital Production Research Coordinator (Film & TV): Collecting and entering metadata for TV and streaming series by studying production resources across the web with an accent on data validation, quality assurance, and collaboration with clients and data partners. Focus on maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, California office and available to work full time during Los Angeles business hours. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Salary: $25/hr.

What you will do

• Collect and enter data for TV and streaming series by studying production resources across the web.
• Collect and enter data on validating production shoot dates and shoot locations for TV & Digital projects.
• Attach production companies and related talent: Line Producers, UPMs, Showrunners, etc. when necessary.
• Assist with data scrub initiatives based on direction from the manager.
• Contribute to quality assurance for the implementation of website enhancements.
• Support hirify.global Film & TV's collaboration with its clients and data partners.

Requirements

• A graduate from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and a very high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Available to work full time during Los Angeles business hours.
• A high technical aptitude and working knowledge of internet and software applications, especially spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a production office is a plus.
• You should love the entertainment industry!!
