Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $59,600 - $85,100/yr

What you will do

• Supervise operations for the designated team and delegate work assignments.
• Provide training and assist with coaching and development of new and existing team members.
• Facilitate business or team update communications through regularly occurring meetings.
• Provide input and recommendations to managers in the areas of performance management and promotional opportunities.
• Handle escalated client/departmental issues and decide what action to take to achieve resolution.
• Conduct quality assessments and evaluations; meet weekly with data teams to review assignments and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum three years experience in Payroll Implementation required.
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Access, Excel, Millennium Payroll, and SQL required.
• Experience with various payroll applications a plus.
• Familiarity with C#/VB/Visual Studio a plus.
• Previous management experience a plus.
