Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Drive net new logo sales and upsell opportunities for hirify.global's Command Platform and MDR services, with an accent on aggressively developing new business relationships and managing profitable customer accounts within the NSW Public and Private Sector. Focus on positioning the hirify.global platform, meeting quarterly/annual sales quotas, and collaborating with internal and external partners to grow the business.

Location: Onsite in Melbourne, Australia. This role primarily covers the New South Wales (NSW) territory for sales activities.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with prospective customers, profile accounts, and develop them into revenue-generating clients.
  • Position the hirify.global platform, including Managed Security Services, and craft effective solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas and manage pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts, upsell opportunities, and assist with customer adoption.
  • Represent hirify.global at external and industry events.
  • Navigate channel and MSSP partners to effectively collaborate and grow the NSW business.
  • Manage and respond to RFPs, working with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a New Business Sales role within Cyber security or SaaS/Cloud.
  • Proven solution sales experience, including identifying market size, developing sales pipeline, and penetrating new accounts.
  • Ability to multi-task numerous sales cycles simultaneously while ensuring revenue goals are achieved.
  • A track record of consistent performance and outstanding target achievement in New Business Sales.
  • Existing relationships at technology management level within the NSW Enterprise Sector.
  • Strong communication skills.
