What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, Teams, remote desktop, and ticketing systems.
  • Monitor and resolve service tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide technical assistance for laptops, desktops, docking stations, mobile phones, tablets, and printers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee hardware allocation and returns.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN (Netskope), DNS/DHCP issues.
  • Provide onsite IT support for building up IT infrastructure for new offices or launch facilities.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate IT environment.
  • Proficient in managing Windows environments, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Skilled in the management of ticketing systems.
  • Possess strong competencies in hardware and software setup.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Self-organized working method and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
