Salary: $150,000–$202,400

What you will do

• Design tools enabling care teams, clinical operations, and providers to operate efficiently and consistently.
• Improve the experience of members seeking workplace support, reducing time to care and clarifying next steps.
• Partner closely with clinical operations to understand workflow needs and craft solutions that reduce administrative burden.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize workplace workflows using automation and intelligent design.
• Gather and synthesize insights from care teams, employers, and internal stakeholders to inform product direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical Ops, Customer Success, and AI Servicing Platform team to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with a solid track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience building clinical tools or EHR systems.
• Deep understanding of provider workflows, documentation processes, and the realities of clinical practice.
• Comfort with a high-growth, dynamic environment and an ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong technical knowledge and foundation in AI/ML and SaaS capabilities.
