Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $165,000 - $202,500

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for provider pay, incentives, and related tooling.
• Design and iterate incentive models that drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics to model compensation impact and meet ROI targets.
• Translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into scalable product experiences.
• Lead discovery with providers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, auditable, and scalable payment systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, fintech, marketplaces, or payments-related domains.
• Proven experience owning complex, cross-functional products involving financial flows, incentives, or compensation systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Finance, and Operations partners.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product strategies and execution plans.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for provider, clinician, or marketplace-based ecosystems.
• Familiarity with healthcare payments, provider networks, or regulatory considerations.
• Experience designing incentive systems or behavioral economics-informed products.
