What you will do

• Develop and refine hirify.global’s equity story for the investment community.
• Create investor decks, quarterly updates, board materials, and press releases.
• Act as the first line of defense for investor inquiries and ensure transparent messaging.
• Maintain active relationships with existing investors and cultivate relationships with prospective institutional investors.
• Represent hirify.global at key financial and fintech conferences and organize investor days.
• Monitor the operating and financial performance of peer companies and provide competitive intelligence reports to the C-Suite.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team on external guidance and long-term growth scenarios.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a strategic finance role at a high-growth Fintech or Crypto company.
• Deep intellectual curiosity about the Digital Asset economy, understanding concepts like Hot Wallets and Qualified Custody.
• Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills to distill complex topics into clear business logic for non-technical investors.
• Strong fluency in financial statements, valuation methodologies, and key SaaS/Fintech metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, AUC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
