What you will do

• Manage day-to-day equity financing processes, including requesting locates and managing borrow rates.
• Coordinate PB allocations and interact with investment teams, sell-side partners, and vendors.
• Optimize treasury activities and workstreams across the equities platform.
• Assist in building systems and processes to support the global treasury platform.
• Execute new initiatives with a specific focus on delta one.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in securities lending or delta one (buy-side and/or sell-side).
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions.
• Technical mindset with a coding background or a strong desire to learn coding.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with KDB, R, GIT, Python, or SQL.
