Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States. Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Monitor performance of private equity, private credit, and real asset offerings.
• Prepare call summaries, investment updates, and talking points for stakeholders.
• Develop performance analytics and fund-level financial models.
• Track macro developments and trends through engagement with fund managers.
• Attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to receive updates from fund managers.
• Provide analysis for secondary sales and investment oversight decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (progress toward CFA or CAIA preferred).
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in private markets, investment banking, or asset management.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, peer comps).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boca Raton office Monday through Thursday.
