TL;DR

Director, Account Based Marketing (Marketing): Developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) programs to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with key target accounts with an accent on building scalable ABM strategies, cultivating deep alignment with sales partners, and mentoring a high-performing global team. Focus on designing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data and insights for optimization, and championing sales enablement.

Location: Hybrid Remote, must be located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference for candidates based in Austin, TX / Tampa, FL or willing to relocate unassisted to work in-office 2 days per week. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship. hirify.global is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year (for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Washington).

What you will do

  • Develop and refine hirify.global’s global ABM framework and targeting strategies.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure ABM efforts support account priorities and revenue.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of 5+ ABM specialists across regions.
  • Plan and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs across multiple channels.
  • Leverage account intent data, firmographics, and engagement analytics to inform strategy.
  • Optimize campaign performance, establish measurement frameworks, and report insights to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years leading account-based marketing programs in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven success building and scaling tiered ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many models).
  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable pipeline acceleration and revenue impact.
  • Strong fluency in ABM and marketing technology platforms (6sense preferred, Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot).
  • Must be located in the USA in specific states (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA).
