TL;DR

Account Based Marketing Senior Manager: Develop and optimize global ABM programs to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with key accounts with an accent on strategic alignment with sales and data-driven campaign optimization. Focus on leading a global team, designing multi-channel campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive revenue outcomes.

Location: Hybrid remote in the USA with preference for Austin, TX or Oldsmar, FL; candidates must reside in specified US states and work onsite at least three days a week

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year (varies by location)

What you will do

Develop and own the global ABM strategy targeting key segments.
Partner closely with sales leadership to align ABM efforts with account priorities and revenue goals.
Lead and mentor a global team of 5-7 ABM professionals.
Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across digital, events, and direct channels.
Leverage data and insights to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign optimization.
Champion sales enablement by developing tools and playbooks for sales teams.

Requirements

Must be located in the USA within specified states and able to work onsite at least Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
7+ years B2B marketing experience with 4+ years in account-based marketing.
Proven experience managing and mentoring distributed global teams.
Strong knowledge of ABM platforms (6sense preferred) and Salesforce.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Not eligible for visa sponsorship; cannot work within Chicago city limits
