What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between Workday and VNDLY.
• Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Support VNDLY configuration for job requisitions, rate cards, and worker onboarding workflows.
• Implement and support integrations for worker lifecycle, rate alignment, and financial postings.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
• 2+ years experience working with VNDLY (Vendor Management System).
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM data model and contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, and SFTP.
• Strong understanding of HR and Procurement business processes.
