What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Workday integration landscape, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build complex integration workflows using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Design and consume REST/SOAP APIs and perform data transformations using XML/XSLT.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and refactor legacy integrations to improve performance and reliability.
• Lead regression testing across Workday tenants and support bi-annual system releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise building complex integrations with Workday Studio.
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting and BIRT.
• Solid understanding of Workday Core HCM, business processes, and data structures.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office in a hybrid capacity.

• Experience with Workday Extend.

• Experience with Matrix and Composite reporting.
