What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop clear hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup.
- Proven experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with diverse, international teams.
