What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop clear hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup.
• Proven experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets.
• Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse, international teams.
