What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.
• Drive international recruitment across Belgium, UK, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, including remote positions.
• Develop exceptional candidate journeys, ensuring every applicant feels valued and welcomed.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to deeply understand talent needs and build strong relationships.
• Champion preboarding and onboarding to ensure new hires feel empowered for success.
• Innovate sourcing strategies using market insights, data, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven Tech Recruitment experience, either in-house or agency setting.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and effectively leveraging AI tools in the recruitment process.
