Location: Hybrid, based in Mid-Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Supporting APAC region, with a focus on Hong Kong.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
• Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates to drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to develop and implement strong talent acquisition strategies with a focus on diversity.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions.
• Provide Hiring Managers with information regarding market conditions, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.

Requirements

• Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house, agency, or RPO environment).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to delegate certain aspects of the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders.
• Must have good written and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Must be based in Mid-Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, working hybrid.

• Prior experience in hiring for roles within the PR and Communications industry across APAC.
