Salary: $105,000.00–$125,000.00

What you will do
- Act as the primary strategic advisor and single point of contact for hiring managers, guiding them through hiring decisions.
- Lead intake and role discovery conversations to align on business needs and hiring priorities.
- Consult with managers on talent market insights, availability, competitiveness, and hiring trade-offs.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, developing and executing tailored hiring strategies.
- Serve as the steward of a consistent, inclusive, and human-centric candidate experience.
- Ensure consistent application of recruitment processes, governance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
- 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
- 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews.
- 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
- 3+ years of life sciences recruitment experience, with a strong preference for medical device recruitment.
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies.
- High School Diploma.
