What you will do

• Deliver reward and job evaluation workstreams within client engagements.
• Support the design of reward strategies, grading structures, and pay frameworks.
• Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities using hirify.global methodologies.
• Analyse market data to inform reward recommendations.
• Work directly with client stakeholders and support client workshops focused on reward and pay design.
• Develop clear, well-structured client materials, including presentations and models.

Requirements

• Hybrid working in London, United Kingdom is required.
• Experience delivering reward, job evaluation, or compensation-related projects.
• Background in consulting, reward advisory, or internal reward roles.
• Exposure to job evaluation and market pricing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English: B2 required.
