TL;DR

Founding Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Winning a first wave of enterprise customers and building the enterprise motion from the ground up with an accent on pipeline creation and enterprise messaging. Focus on opening doors, multithreading across complex organizations, and running structured enterprise sales cycles.

Location: Must be in-person in San Francisco and energized by working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders.

Salary: $140K – $180K

Amari AI is building AI agents for logistics, automating the work so logistics companies can process more shipments, faster, with fewer errors.

What you will do

  • Own enterprise new logo sales end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
  • Build the enterprise motion by co-creating ICP, qualification, mutual action plans, and messaging.
  • Map stakeholders, build champions, and drive alignment across Ops, Compliance, IT/Security, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Quantify operational ROI and compliance risk reduction, and align the account to a clear decision timeline.
  • Design and execute pilots, defining success criteria, scope, and timeline.
  • Translate enterprise requirements into product feedback and influence roadmap with customer signals.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3–6+ years closing enterprise deals.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline and close in environments with limited brand support.
  • Comfortable selling into complex, regulated or operationally critical workflows in logistics, supply chain, compliance, or fintech/risk.
  • Strong at discovery and solutioning to understand workflows, quantify impact, and build a value narrative.
  • Experience navigating security/compliance and procurement processes.
  • High agency and builder mentality to create the account plan and iterate weekly.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into customs brokerage, freight forwarding, 3PLs, import/export compliance, or trade finance.
  • Familiarity with integration-heavy sales.
  • Comfort running ABM-style account targeting and outreach.
