• Drive measurable client outcomes and ROI across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.
• Deliver consistent revenue growth by managing net revenue retention and expansion.
• Provide expert fraud and compliance advisory to customers.
• Apply KPI rigor by building and automating performance dashboards with AI tooling.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with risk analytics and data science teams.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performance account management team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• 3–5+ years hiring and leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep domain expertise in fintech, payments, fraud, AML/KYC, or compliance.
• Ability to hold technical architecture discussions related to API integration.
• Experience presenting to C-suites and boardrooms effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and AI/ML tooling.
