What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, many of which will be built on LLMs.
• Tackle questions around user delight and maximizing user visibility for agentic workflows.
• Touch the entire hirify.global platform, including the core platform and hirify.global agent.
• Shape and own the overall hirify.global design language.
• Collaborate with design agencies working on landing pages and advertising strategy.

Requirements

• Built something from scratch (a startup, project, or feature).
• Designed user-facing product features (ideally B2B or B2C SaaS).
• Expert in Figma.
• Enjoy working hard and owning projects.
• Demonstrated excellence in education, work experiences, or projects.
• Ability to take asymmetric bets.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience or a CS degree (current tech stack includes: Next.js, React, Node.js).
• Worked on a Product-Led-Growth (PLG) product.
• Interest in the recruitment or talent space.
• Dabbled in tools like Cursor and Lovable to take designs from concept to working prototypes.
