What you will do

• Lead and manage a team working on hirify.global Cloud, including Agentic Data Plane efforts.
• Attract and hire top-tier engineers and first-line managers, empower them to meet/exceed expectations.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to define the technical direction and long-term vision for hirify.global Cloud products.
• Lead execution across teams by setting priorities, allocating resources, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Drive operational excellence across hirify.global Cloud, ensuring a reliable, predictable, and scalable enterprise-grade service.
• Provide career development guidance, structure, and feedback to team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, building and operating enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• 5+ years of experience managing highly technical engineering teams, including leading organizations of 20+ engineers and managers.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and operations, with hands-on experience in public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience defining strategy and roadmaps that align engineering execution with business and product priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex initiatives through cross-team collaboration.
• Eagerness to thrive in a fast growing, dynamic environment and comfortable working remotely with a 100% distributed team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Linux systems used to run and operate production-grade services.
• Hands-on experience with data streaming platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, databases, or distributed storage systems at scale.
• Experience enabling teams to adopt AI code generation tools in ways that measurably improve velocity while maintaining quality.
