Focus on engaging with C-suite executives to translate technology into impactful business solutions, planning and executing win strategies for opportunities.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $114,400 - $201,410

What you will do

  • Guide customer satisfaction, account retention, and growth by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with executives and influencers to expand and implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Lead a defined sales process for all Rackspace solutions and cultivate new business opportunities for new and existing accounts.
  • Meet with qualified leads to understand customer needs and create proposals for solutions.
  • Lead the negotiation, closure, and documentation of customer renewals.

Requirements

  • 8 - 11 years of experience in the field of role required.
  • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Rackspace product portfolio, strategy, competitors, and customers.
  • Domestic/international travel required, greater than 50%
