What you will do

  • Build and execute comprehensive account plans to drive territory growth and customer acquisition for the U.S. Navy.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations, to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Align internal technical resources and external Federal System Integrator (FSI) partners to design and deliver customized data solutions.
  • Foster deep, trust-based relationships and maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction ratings across the Navy's ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Expert-level understanding of the Navy procurement landscape, with established relationships within the branch.
  • Proven ability to navigate the complexities of Federal System Integrators and contract vehicles.
  • Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with a background in opening new accounts and positioning disruptive technology.
  • Ability to translate complex storage and security concepts into compelling business outcomes.
  • Experience leading unified pursuit teams and leveraging CRM tools for accurate forecasting and territory management.
