What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategic account plan.
- Manage and mentor a dedicated Account Executive.
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute the account strategy.
- Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify, forecast, and close complex consumption deals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Identify new use cases within the account to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and new workload adoption.
Requirements
- Experience: 12+ years of enterprise field sales experience, with a focus on selling Data, Cloud, or SaaS infrastructure to Large Enterprise Technology companies.
- Sales Frameworks: Proven expert-level application of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies in complex selling environments.
- Leadership: Prior experience managing direct reports or acting in a formal team lead capacity.
- Deal Acumen: Demonstrated history of closing complex, multi-year, seven-figure+ deals.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehousing, and the specific data challenges.
- Communication: Strong executive presence.
